West Deptford 2025 Trick or Treat Map

Welcome to the 5th Annual West Deptford Trick or Treat map!

This “unofficial” community service tradition started in 2020, when everything was a little less certain. The project continues as this map gives the opportunity to share the "extra" things/decorations you might do as well as allergy and info for special populations.

In 2024, we had more than 250 West Deptford neighbors post their home on the map, with 15,000+ map views!

Trick-or-Treat Map FAQ

  • No, we do not need a map, the timeless tradition of using your porch light still works. There is no obligation to participate in listing your house, or use the map.

Please also remember that raising kids today, is not the same as raising kids "back in the day" for many reasons.

  • Yes, Halloween is being observed on 10/31 this year.

West Deptford Township typically lists the Trick or Treating times as 4-8pm. In the past, the Township has also offered Red/Green doorhangers indicating if homes are participating or out of candy. See Township Website or e-newsletter for details.

  • A Teal Pumpkin on this map indicates either 1) that home is giving away non-candy items or 2) that home is sensitive to or made alterations to be special needs friendly. See the specific notes entered for that home in the map.

For more on the official Teal Pumpkin project, see FoodAllergy.org

  • Yes, typically West Deptford has other events, most notably:

    Spookypalooza at Riverwinds

West Deptford PTO Trunk or Treat

See Township and School District websites and communication channels for this year’s details.

  • Nick Nowak, a West Deptford resident and Real Estate Broker-Associate started this project with other community members in 2020.

This is done as a community service for our neighbors, with no charges or sponsorships. The map is hosted by NickNowakRealtor.com to have a singular landing page.

No submitted information is used to subscribe to any list or receive solicitations. Click here to see more about Nick.
